Our mediation services are led by our Principal, Julia Ejelovitch, an accredited mediator with extensive experience in family law. Our costs are designed to meet the different needs and circumstances of our clients.
Lawyer-Assisted Mediations
Each party is represented by their own independent solicitor who is involved in an advisory capacity throughout the mediation. The mediator, as a neutral party, guides the negotiation process aiming to facilitate a final agreement.
Costs
- Intake Session: Up to 1 hour with each party – $330 including GST per party.
- Half Day Mediation: 3.5 hours – $770 including GST per party.
- Full Day Mediation: From 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM – $1,100 including GST per party.

Mediations without Lawyers
Parties participate without solicitors, understanding that the mediator will not provide legal advice but will facilitate discussions and help outline potential agreements and, if needed, draft formal documents.
Costs
- Intake Session: $330 including GST per party.
- Half Day Mediation: 3.5 hours – $880 including GST per party.
- Full Day Mediation: $1,320 including GST per party.
- Additional Service: Drafting of consent orders documents (Application for Consent Orders and a Minute of Orders) – $1,650 including GST.
